The Supporting Form Of Spindle In Knitting Machine

The supporting forms of spindles are generally divided into:

(1) both upper bearing and spindle bottom are rigid supports.

2. Both upper bearing and spindle bottom are elastic supports.

3. The upper bearing and the spindle bottom are rigid connections and are supported by elastic elements integrally.

(4) the upper bearing is rigid support, and the bottom of the spindle is elastic support.

The most widely used form is the fourth type of support. The upper bearing is mounted on the spindle foot together with the bearing seat, or the upper bearing is directly pressed into the spindle foot. Some of the ingot bottom are separated structure, that is, the ingot bottom and the upper bearing are separated, the ingot bottom is assembled in the central sleeve, assembled in the ingot foot by means of elastic components; some are connected structure, that is, the upper bearing and the ingot bottom are connected into a whole through elastic components. This form of support enables the spindle bottom to swing radially. The upper and lower bearings adjust the center of the spindle when the spindle rotates at high speed. The spindle tip keeps normal contact with the spindle bottom. A vibration absorbing device is also arranged at the outer edge of the ingot bottom: a combination sleeve or a vibration absorbing ring spring, together with the ingot bottom immersed in the lubricating oil, is used to absorb vibration by the viscous damping effect of the oil layer, so as to make the ingot stable at high speed operation.

The role of spindles in knitting machines:

Spindle is one of the main components of the spinning frame, which is a combination of slender rotating shafts supported by two points. Spindles are found on roving frames, spinning frames and twisting machines. The roving spindle is a round steel rod with a groove at the top to support and drive the spindle wings to rotate together, a spindle foot oil cup at the lower spindle tip as the support, and a spindle sleeve as the upper bearing of the spindle in the middle.

The length of roving spindle is about 1 m. It is supported by oil cup spindle foot and spindle sleeve. The material is high quality high carbon steel. After heat treatment, it has high manufacturing accuracy and enough stiffness and hardness. The spindle of spinning spindle is spindle and spindle, which are combined into a turning body. The upper bearing is placed therein to prevent flying dust from intruding into the bearing. The spindle foot is the bearing of the whole spindle and is used for oil storage. The spindle hook of high-speed knitting machine is used to block the spindle disc and prevent the spindle rod and the spindle disc from being taken away from the spindle foot or violent movement when pulling out the tube. Brakes are used to brake spindles and bobbins for joint operation. Cotton yarns are used for large package, wool, chemical fiber spinning and yarn winding.
